武当山是武当内家功夫发源地,历经千百年流传发展,形成了集健身、养生、击技为一体的内家炼养体系。
武当密传五形功,是在武当道门中传承的一套优秀的内养功法,是历代武当门弟子的必修之课。此功法共为五大式:龟形、蛇形、龙形、虎形、鹤形,其形其法分别取自中国传统文化中圣灵威猛之物,并将与“五行”相对应,用以调理人体机能,使之达到气血充盈,清心明目,精力充沛,思维敏捷的最佳状态。
Michuan Wuxing Gong (Five Animals Qigong)
Wudang Neijia (‘internal’) martial arts were originated from Wudang Mountain. After thousand of years, Neijia martial arts have developed an internal cultivation system that integrates health, fitness and combat skills.
Michuan Wuxing Gong is an outstanding set of Neiyang Gong (‘internal nourishing Qigong’) that has been practiced by Wudang disciples for generations. It consists of five styles, which algorithms are inspired by five mighty animals in traditional Chinese culture: tortoise, crane, snake, tiger, and dragon. The styles correspond to the Five Elements, and are designed to regulate bodily functions, circulate blood and Qi, clear the mind, and keep practitioner energetic and quick thinking.
