“问道武当山，拜水太极湖”。新加坡武当城隍道教养生院

陈添来院长又一次带领养生院的学员们来武当仙山问道，寻根谒祖。

 “天下太极出武当”！武当太极，玄妙飘灵，是道教文化的具体体现，是现代人维护生命健康之首选。自2009年两方携手开办太极班以来，武当太极拳、五形功、太极扇、太极剑等课程广受欢迎，期期爆满。四年来，武当功夫学院多位道长前来养生院授课，他们认真负责，展现了精湛武术和深厚修为，被学员们一致称赞。

历届学员在切身体验武当太极的神奇玄妙之后，均对武当山充满向往。此次寻根谒祖之旅，学员们一如既往的积极参与，共有学员百多位。“治世玄岳六百年，盛世太和武当山”，洞天福地之壮美、古老宫观之庄严、武当道友之分享，让学员们此次谒祖之行都有所感、有所悟、有所获。

   “和谐世界，以道相通”！让我们携手并进，希望通过合作交流等形式，继续弘扬道教养生文化，道行天下，道化全球。

Seeking root and origin of Tao at Wudang

President Tan Thiam Lye of Wudang Shenghong Health Preservation Centre led students on a journey to seek root and origin of Tao at Wudang. Wudang is the birthplace of Taiji. Wudang Taiji is the essence of Taoist culture, and also a good prescription for modern people to maintain good health. Since Wudang Taoist Kungfu Academy and the Centre joined hands in starting the Taiji class in 2009, Wudang Taiji Quan, Taiji Fan, Taiji Sword and other courses have been very popular and the classes were always full. Masters who have taught at the Centre were unanimously praised by the students for being serious and responsible, and demonstrated superb martial arts and profound practice.

Students who have been exposed to the mysticism of Wudang Taiji yearn for visiting Wudang Mountain. More than 100 of them took part in the journey to seek root and origin of Tao at Wudang in 2013.
