寻根谒祖，太极之旅 

游武当仙山、听天籁之音，享福寿康宁

时隔近两年，本院院长陈添来先生再次带领了养生院的太极班学员122名们来到了道教圣地——武当山，寻根谒祖。

自2009年初太极班开设后，武当山的两位道长受邀来新加坡教授太极拳，新加坡人对武当山有了更多的了解，我们的学员更对武当山有了深厚的感情，仙山武当的美名已经深入人心。

来到武当山，我们不但欣赏到道教洞天福地之美，还感受到武当道教协会、武当道教功夫学院会的热情招待。让我们携手努力，把博大精深的中华武术和道家功夫发扬光大！

Seeking root and origin of Tao at Wudang

Date: 12^th October 2011- 18^th October 2011

Venue: Hubei (Wuhan, Wudang Mountain), Fujian (Xiamen, Anxi, Quanzhou)

Two years after the establishment of the Centre, President Tan Thiam Lye led 122 students to seek root and origin of Tao at Wudang Mountain.

Since the Taiji class was opened in early 2009, two masters from Wudang Mountain have been invited to teach Taiji Quan in Singapore. Singaporeans have since understood Wudang Mountain better, and the students yearned for visiting Wudang Mountain. 

At Wudang Mountain, students indulged in the nature, and enjoyed the hospitality of Wudang Taoist Association and Wudang Taoist Kungfu Academy.
