活得精彩 走得自在

2019年5月11日（星期六），本院受后港城隍慈善基金会附属生命同行坊邀请，参加在牛车水唐城坊户外广场举行的“活得精彩 走得自在”活动。在活动中，本院教练以及委培助教共同呈献了武当太极拳、太极扇、十二段锦等养生功夫表演。 视频 “Live Well. Leave Well” Campaign Wudang Shenghong Health Preservation Centre was invited to participate in Life Point’s “Live Well. Leave Well” Campaign held on 11th May 2019 (Saturday) at Chinatown Point open plaza. During the event, coaches and assistant coaches performed Wudang Taiji Quan, Taiji Fan, Twelve Section Brocade and other wellness kungfu performances. (Life Point is a community-based specialized serviced piloted by the Society of Sheng Hong Welfare Services.)
