寻根谒祖，问道武当

自2009年武当城隍道教养生院开办太极班以来，每隔两年都带领学生到武当仙山寻根谒祖，体验武当太极的玄妙。2015年此次是第四次寻根谒祖之旅，通过此次太极之行，有所感悟。“天下太极出武当”！武当太极，是道教文化的精华，也是现代人维护健康的良方。

Seeking root and origin of Tao at Wudang

Since its establishment in 2009, Wudang Shenghong Health Preservation Centre has brought its students to Wudang, to seek root and origin of Tao, and to experience the mysticism of Wudang Taiji. In 2015, the Centre organized its 4^th root-seeking trip. Through their participation, students gained the insight that Wudang is indeed the birthplace of Taiji. Wudang Taiji is the essence of Taoist culture, and also a good prescription for modern people to maintain good health.
