《千人挑战就座极限》

28/07/2013 星期日下午3点至晚上7时，本院近170名太极班学员参加由NKF举办的《千人挑战就座极限》坐板凳活动，切身体会肾脏病人每星期三次，每次四个小时洗肾的过程。

本院获得最多人数参加的团体荣誉奖  尽管天气炎热，学生依旧坚持坐完四个小时，而且有13位学员赢得奖品。

NKF举办的《千人挑战就座极限》坐板凳活动在《新加坡纪录大全》上写上历史新篇章。

NKF’s Sit-A-Thon

170 students took part in NKF’s Sit-A-Thon from 3pm to 7pm on 28^th July 2013 to experience the dialysis process kidney patients have to undergo three times a week, four hours a time.

The Centre won the group honor award for the largest number of participants. Despite the hot weather, students insisted on sitting for four hours straight. 13 out of 170 students won prizes from the organizer.

Sit-A-Thon is an event that is recorded in the Singapore Book of Records.
